How long does shipping take for my order?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unopened and unassembled models. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
What should I do if a wooden piece breaks during assembly?
Don't worry! We offer free replacement parts for all our mechanical models. Simply contact our customer service with the part number from your manual, and we will ship it to you free of charge.
Are the models difficult to assemble for beginners?
Each model is rated by difficulty level: Easy, Intermediate, or Advanced. Beginners should start with our 'Easy' rated models, which include step-by-step illustrated instructions in 11 languages.
Do I need glue or special tools to build these models?
No glue or special tools are required. All UGEARS models are designed with patented plywood joints that snap together securely. Everything you need is included in the box.
